Pad Sounds is a website about ‘finger drumming’. You’ll find tutorials of different levels, styles and topics but always related to ‘finger drumming’. The blog is a growing collection of videos of inspiring artists and the latest technical innovations.
Personally I don’t like the term ‘finger drumming’ too much because I think playing on controllers like Native Instrument Maschine, Ableton Push or Akai MPC transcends conventional drumming.
Is it a completely new musical instrument? This is what I’m attempting to find out.
